Order Processing
All LuxeSonic orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific location and weight of the order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also use our Track Your Order page found in the navigation menu.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@luxesonic.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, we recommend providing a physical street address for the fastest and most reliable delivery of your PawPurifyâ„¢ Pro.
