Do you ship internationally?

Europe. Shipping times vary by location but typically take 7-15 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days in the US and 7–15
business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. If you're not
satisfied, simply contact support@luxesonic.com to initiate a return.
Is it safe for my dog's paws?
Absolutely. The bristles are made from medical-grade, BPA-free soft silicone designed to gently
massage while cleaning. It's safe for daily use on even the most sensitive paws.
How do I clean the PawPurify Pro?
Maintenance is easy! Simply unscrew the top cap, remove the silicone bristle mat, and rinse it with
warm water. The device itself is splash-proof for easy wiping.
