Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items that show heavy use, washing, or damage may not qualify for a full refund. All returns are inspected on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
